Being independent of the designers and the Web site/software stakeholders, we provide an objective, unbiased report that allows all parties involved to make informed decisions.
Usability Analysis - A quick, low-cost review by our staff of existing or planned interfaces. Using information about your targeted audience, we compare the end-user capabilities and intents with your business goals to determine if they are aligned.
eLearning Analysis - We compare enabling and terminal objectives to the structure and interactions used during instruction to ensure that they effectively supported. We evaluate the instructional efficacy as well.
Usability Testing - Using targeted end-users, we monitor them in a controlled environment to identify potential obstacles they might encounter. The two methods used are:
Low-fidelity testing - Using paper, index cards, wireframes, comps, pens, and markers, we capture important and useful information at a critical point in the development of your interface...before you start coding.
High-fidelity testing - using either protyped, or released software and published Web sites, we create a series of tasks for the end-users to perform, capturing their activity in a near-real world situation. This method removes some of the vaguaries that might accompany low-fidelity testing.
