Usability Analysis Reports
Our reports are designed to give you specific actionable recommendations that you can use to address usability issues on your site or within your software. They include not only a summary of findings that apply generally to the interface, but also specific things within each area of the site or software. Each finding is supported with research citations as appropriate. Each recommendation is rated in relationship to site objectives and user experience, to help you prioritize their implementation.

Usability Testing Reports
More extensive than the analysis reports, the testing reports include data from the various exercises and tasks, along with the findings. Various analysis techniques are used, including cluster analysis for site structure and product organization. Comments from the participants are also included, along with all of the notes taken during the testing.
