My wife has threatened to start capturing my comments when I'm visiting Web sites (not for work, but for fun, if you
can sometimes call it that).
"Why don't they...?" or "Why didn't they...?" or "Why
do they...?" are the cues for my wife to grab her notepad and start writing.
Late the other night, I was trying
to navigate through the maze called AT&T.com. Granted, they have gone through an unprecedented growth spurt, acquiring
many companies, and thus, many systems and Web sites. Integrating them is obviously not a Cingular task. So I'll
just talk about one particular issue.
AT&T offers you a consolidated bill. Wireless AND landline on one bill.
However, when you are asked to log on, you have to select which you are...a wireless customer, or a residential customer.
You would think that if they want BOTH customers, they should clearly allow someone with both qualifications to not have to
choose?
